During the first three months after your Cybex Security System has been installed, if your system fails to perform as contracted, Cybex will refund the money you paid for your installation and remove our equipment from your premises.

If your Cybex Security System requires emergency service, a Cybex technician will arrive within four hours of your request...or we will credit your account $100.
Security Guarantee:
If for some reason we are unable to make a system repair to your intrusion detection system which threatens the integrity of your system, and is not caused by the telephone company, an act of God or by misuse/abuse of the system, Cybex will arrange and pay for on-site protection of your facility until repairs can be made.
